The site was acquired at an auction and will be utilized as an outdoor retreat as part of a charity. The site is a Grade 2 listed asset and has been developed to ensure that listed elements have been enhanced/ maintained. This has been transformed into an outdoor country manor/ recreational building for schools, private clubs and organisations.

W13 has refurbished the existing building (which hasn't been in use for more than 10 years), ensuring that as much of the traditional character is preserved. The client has added a further 120 beds to a 150 no. bed building, to meet demands. This has meant the conversion of existing outbuildings and sheds. They have also added additional outdoor activities such as canoeing, archery, zip wire, high ropes and horse riding. The property also has a lake and forest on site for activities. The project is has been completed and is expected to have further elements of refurbishment.
