We are a fast-growing multi-disciplinary chartered RIBA & ARB architectural practice, based in the West Midlands. We have a varied team with over 20 years of experience across fields, and our team is made up of architects, project managers, structural and civil engineers, quantity surveyors and contractors.

Our multidisciplinary approach and varied team allow you to access all of the services you need under one roof, leading to better project management, better understanding, and better delivery of projects, all the way through from inception to completion.

Every Project Starts with a Conversation

Good designs come from good design team co-ordination. We love talking to our clients about their design ambitions. This helps us to understand the full story behind the design, and also helps us to uncover any hidden challenges which we can factor in and address early in the design and build process. We augment this approach with digital engagement techniques to help define the needs of building users. Doing this ensures that the final design can evolve in a sustainable way that supports health, happiness and wellbeing.

Our Design Process

Measured Surveys

We undertake measured surveys of existing buildings to enable the production of existing drawings.

We complete site analysis/ feasibility work to understand the site constraints. We also create proposed drawings, and work with you to produce a suitable design.

Interior Design

We can help make your new extension to your house feel like a home. With 3D modelling, we are able to show you what it will look like before you move forward.

Multi-Disciplinary Service

Our in-house team of consultants can aid throughout the project. Our structural engineers, civil engineers and quantity surveyors can ensure that your project is fully co-ordinated with the architectural works.

Project Management

We can manage your project for you and ensure they construction team are well coordinated to ensure a smooth running project.

Planning & Building Regulation Compliance

We liaise with planning and building regulation departments throughout the project to ensure that your projects are approved/ compliant.

Tender Compilation

We can compile a tender package of works, obtain competitive tenders and make recommendations on contractors.
