This 2 ha. site hosted the former Coseley baths and has been brownfield for more than 10 years since. The client found many issues which needed to be addressed before planning application could be submitted. This included the existing mine shafts that were present on the site.

The scheme consists of 34 no. 2.5 storey houses, with a mix of 3 and 4 bed detached and semi- detached homes in the centre of Coseley.  The design incorporates a spine road from which all houses can be accessed. Existing pathways to the rear park have been maintained for residents. A diverse palette of materials have been used which can be found within the area (i.e. buff brick and render).

W13 ltd. have provided a full design package of design, plan and build. This includes site appraisal, architectural, costing, civil/ structural, planning and construction services. The current design has now received approval. W13 worked closely with the planning department to ensure that the optimal design was achieved.
