Synopsis

This residential project consists of 3 no. detached houses in local vicinity to the Willenhall town centre. W13 have aided them from the initial design stages to its current state (planning approval). They are currently working on developing the design to construction stages.

The elevations mirror the houses across the road and are sympathetic to listed buildings adjacent. The houses incorporate parking to the side of the houses in a reclusive and gated area. The new housing brings much needed regeneration to a currently derelict/ unused site.
